The AL Development Process
Step 1 — Spec & estimate (1 week)
You describe the requirement. I write a spec and quote fixed-scope.
Step 2 — Build (2-12 weeks depending on scope)
Code, test, demo weekly. You see progress and can change direction without surprise costs.
Step 3 — UAT & handover (1 week)
You test in sandbox. We tweak. Signed off. Deployment to production.
Step 4 — Support window
Free bugfix and version-upgrade support for an agreed period after handover. After that, retainer or per-incident.
Pricing
AL development is quoted fixed-scope after the spec phase. Scope ranges from small extensions to full AppSource-ready apps — each one quoted separately based on its design spec. Time-and-materials available for ongoing tweaks once the initial build is complete.
